Next Protected Learning Event
As you may be aware, to ensure that all our staff are kept up to date with their training and are able to spend time with their regional piers, we are now having Protected Learning Event days. On these days we will close the surgery for the afternoon and will join other practices in the region on specific training events.
To cover for this time, 111 resources are made available to still support you in case you need to speak to someone.

Changes to Clinical System
The provider of our clinical system - EMIS Health, is changing certain technical aspects of the way in which it delivers services to us. This will not impact the delivery of services to patients but we wanted to let you know about the changes in case you have any questions.

Improved GP Access Appointments
You may have heard in the news the GP surgeries across the country are launching a new service to offer additional appointments to patients across the evenings and weekends.
Litcham Health Centre is excited to announce that we are now one of the 21 local GP surgeries who are working together to offer additional appointments to our patients.
The additional appointments will be offered in the evenings up until 8pm and on weekends between the hours of 8am and 1pm. They will be offered at one of eight hubs across West Norfolk.

Our Practice is designed for easy access by disabled patients. A wheelchair is available and there are 2 tarmac parking spaces designated for disabled drivers and emergency vehicles.
Please be aware that our telephone system now has been updated to record all telephone calls for training and security purposes.
