Cookies
Cookies are small files saved on your phone, tablet or computer when you visit a website.
This website does not use analytics or tracking, and sets no cookies unless you choose to translate it.
Translate
If you use the Translate button and choose to continue, we load Google Translate. It saves a cookie called googtrans on your device to remember your language while you move between pages. It is deleted when you close your browser, or when you choose Back to English. We also remember on your device that you agreed to use Google Translate, until you choose Back to English. Google may set its own cookies; see how Google uses cookies.
If you do not use the Translate button, nothing is loaded from Google and no cookies are set.
Staff sign-in
The staff-only feedback report page keeps a sign-in token in your browser's session storage until you sign out or close the browser. This is strictly necessary for staff to sign in and is not used for tracking. Patients are not affected.
When you use links to other services, such as our online consultation form, the NHS App or NHS website, those services may set their own cookies. Check their cookie policies for details.
