This website does not use analytics or tracking.

If you choose to translate the website using the Translate button, the text of the pages you view is sent to Google to be translated. Google Translate is never used on pages where you type information, such as our forms. See our cookies page for details.

Our Rate our service form collects your answer, the type of contact you had with us, any comments you choose to write, and the date and time. We do not collect your name or contact details, or your device's internet address. Responses are stored securely by the practice on Amazon Web Services in the UK (London region) At the start of each month, we send last month's totals and comments to the practice by secure NHS email so we can share them with our team, then delete the responses from the online system. Each response is held online for no more than about 5 weeks. After that we keep only the monthly totals of each answer, which cannot identify anyone. Comments we have shared are kept in line with our records policy. If you include personal details in a comment, we will remove them before sharing it.

If you complete our new patient questionnaire online, your answers are sent securely to the practice by encrypted email so we can add them to your medical record. An encrypted backup copy is kept in the UK for no more than 30 days and then deleted.

When our online consultation form is introduced, it will be provided by a third-party supplier with its own privacy notice, and we will name them here.
