Make a complaint

Most problems can be sorted out quickly by speaking to us. If you want to make a formal complaint, contact the practice manager:

You should normally complain within 12 months of the event, or of becoming aware of it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days. We will agree with you how it will be looked into and when you can expect a full response, and keep you updated if this changes.

You can complain on behalf of someone else with their consent.

If you would rather not complain to us

You can complain to the NHS commissioner, NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board, instead of to us.
